seriously awesome veggie food-if you can get past the atmosphere. I don't know what's up with cults running most of the vegetarian restaurants in Chicago. I had the best chicken fried Seitan ever. It came with collard greens, which I hadn't ever had, but they were AMAZING. Don't skip dessert either. more
