The food was good, but the wait staff was embarrassingly rude. I ordered my meat Medium. When it was brought out I cut into it while the waitress was still there. There was blood inside and on the bun. I informed her that I ordered it Medium. She looked at the meat and bun and said "oh.. that's too pink... more

I booked this restaurant for my husband and I following good reviews on Trip Advisor. We were both feeling like steak, and lo and behold it was Steak Week at the Park Grill, with a separate steak menu. Our waiter was excellent and very attentive and helpful. We both chose different steaks off the menu and they were both delicious... more

I went for lunch at the Park Grill on a freezing cold day in January. The food was superb (8oz burger followed by Creme Brulee). Serice was also very good and overall i found it very good value for money. The Park Grill is in an ideal location on Michigan Ave just down from the Art Institute. Highly recommended! more

It's fine for being kitchy under the bean, but it's niche is after work beers in the summer. more
