I was surprised when the water described the specials which included several greek dishes. There was spanokopita, mousaka, dolmades, and pastichio. We came here expecting an authentic Italian Restaurant. Evidently the owner is from Greece. Well, my friend is vegetarian and more adventurous than I -- she ordered the spinach pie. We all had spinach pie before. It should be... more

My husband and I were intrigued by the idea of a piano bar near our home, and figured even if the food was just average, it would be a nice experience. We were wrong. The restaurant is in a nice location, and the decor is eclectic and interesting. So far go so good. The menu seemed tasty and the prices... more

Our first clue should have been the fact that the restaurant was completely empty. Next, the waiter comes over with a thick stench of cigarette smoke, which probably is not good for my 6 month old who was there with us. He then reccommends the "Special of the Night" which was a strip steak, claiming all of their steaks are... more

I went there for dinner with friends on a Saturday night. The music was pleasing and the food delicious. I will definitely be back! more

We used a coupon from the Entertainment book, as they had 1/2 price off. We were pleased with the atmosphere. Very nice, and live music was good. It was downhill from there. The drinks were overpriced and the food quality was poor. The entree was salty and did not taste fresh. The bread served was as hard as a rock!... more

How should I begin?.....As I sit here at 4am, I am trying to recuperate from a horrible spell of food poisoning. After eating at, "Fly me to the Moon", exactly 8 hours later I found myself on the bathroom floor. First, we walked in, not a soul in sight, after waiting about 5 minutes, we were greeted by a man... more

After a walk in the Wrigley neighborhood, we were looking for someplace for dinner. Attracted by the name of this Italian restaurant and the exterior appearance, we went in. While the other three in our party went to the table, I went down to the restroom to get a tissue. The ladies bathroom door wouldn't open properly, sticking on the... more

Our dinner at Fly Me to the Moon this evening was the worst meal we have ever eaten in Chicago. Starting with stale bread, over cooked pasta with chicken breast that looked like the chicken meat in a nugget. The overpriced 2.5 oz veal chop should have been an embarrassment to serve. Our underwhelming server repeatedly demonstrated his overall lack... more

New to Chicago, I had been looking for a nice, relaxing piano bar. When I meandered into Fly Me to the Moon, I found my niche! The service was good, the food was classic Italian, and the music was standards, performed by a pianist and female singer. I'm a repeat customer! more

This is a more laid back but fun restaurant. It's the first I have been to a piano bar and I loved the atmosphere. There are different singers that lighten the mood (it's something to see for fun and not for romance) If you go there, ask to be seated on the most romantic part of the restaurant. CUTE and... more
