Mitchell's, in Clybourn- Chicago, IL makes the best omelets! They prepare fluffy, HUGE omelets, with a variety of vegatables if you wish-so bring your appetite. And, if you prefer, the omelet can be made with just egg whites. They are a diner, so if you attend with someone who would prefer pancakes, french toast, cereal, etc. they can find anything... more
