I had made reservations on Valentines day for 8:15 at Carluccis. They were very busy, so I was expecting a moderate delay pretty much the whole evening. I was looking for a restaurant in the Rosemont area that had good food, not overly expensive, and where one could have a conversation. The food here was okay.
