I had read that Butter was one of the best new restaurants in Chicago. Our visit there proved that to be absolutely true. This restaurant is owned/run by a 28 year-old phenom! His mixture of textures and flavors are outstanding. The restaurant offers raw bar, ala carte, and tating menus.
