You won't lose with any one of them. But if I had to choose, I would go with Park Hyatt for it's outdoor bar/lounge, it's indoor restaurant Nomi with it's lovely views, and I like the location across from the water tower park. However, they are all within a few blocks from each other so if you decide on the Sofitel for instance, you can always have drinks at the Park Hyatt. Also, I am assuming you are coming sometime soon, or this summer, when the outdoor portion of the bar is useable.

Flip a coin. You can't go wrong -- all 3 are top notch.
