Well, you can never say never in Chicago, but generally the beginning of November does not bring significant snow. You may see some flurries - you also may get some beautiful relatively warm days. Overall, November tends to be a gray month. Bring an umbrella, bring some layers to wear and have a good time no matter what the weather!
Here is a link to a site (kind of crude) that you can scroll through day by day to see the average highs/lows by day.
Low 50's is typical that time of year. But given it's Chicago and given how cool this summer has been, 30's is a possibility. But a blast of 70 degree weather could happen as well.
So, don't pack until the last minute and watch the weather forecast.
