Can someone please tell me the current water temp. of Lake Michigan. Competing in the Chicago Triathlon this Sunday and am hoping to not wear a wetsuit! Also what would the av. temp of the atmosphere at midday be?

I don't know how exactly water temperature are measured, but here are some links with info:

Air temperature is forecast to be a high of 82 on Sunday (though that could change). It will probably reach that around 3-4pm, with temps a few degrees cooler (probably not more than 5 or so) at noon.
