This is a warning to anyone who might buy a Bears ticket from a scalper outside Soldier Field. A ticket scam is very prevalant in Chicago where one person passes tickets that have already been used to another person outside the stadium. No re-entry into the stadium is allowed, so altough the tickets appear to be valid, they have already been used and anyone trying to use them a second time will be denied entry. Apparently the NFL and Chicago Bears don't care about cleaning up the scammers outside their stadium, so beware buying any tickets from scalpers! The parking on game day requires a coupon for any lot within half a mile, but parking on the 18th street lot is only $16 dollars (only?). Then you can board a school bus shuttle that takes you as close as the coupon lots. Compared to first-class cities, the parking and ticket situation make Chicago's Soldier Field dead last in my ranking of places I will ever go again.
