I stayed at the Affinia Chicago for 3 days and 2 nights. This was my first visit to chicago and my experience at this hotel made me want to return as soon as possible. Talk about what you see is what you get. After reviewing the pictures on the hotels website, i decided to book this hotel. I was a bit nervous when i found out the hotel was still under construction, and because i've stayed at hotels before and they were nothing like what was advertised. I hoped the rooms looked as good as they did on the internet...They were even better. The bathroom was very big and the room was clean and fresh, i did not want to leave my room. The bed is huge and not to mention comfortable. My husband could not stop talking about the swedish memory pillows that we requested. The staff is very friendly and they try to meet your needs the best way they can. I got everything i requested. I got my kingsize bed, a room with a view, high floor..It was just AWESOME....I am already planning my next visit for the summer and there is no question about where i will be staying.. The Affinia..

PAMPERED! My husband and I have travelled for 20 years worldwide for business and pleasure. This place, hands down, was the best hotel in 20 years. Large Rooms. Clean Carpets! (When is the last time you could wear your white socks in your hotel room?) Comfortable Beds! Quiet Elevators. No problem hearing your neighbors or their children through paper thin walls. Not even in the bathroom! Gorgeous Views! And the staff, they can't do enough for you. They carry your bags, fetch things for you, hail your cabs, recommend the ideal place to eat, or visit... Pedro and Daniel knew our names and took care of us all weekend. Graham at the front desk addressed us by name and sent up fresh ice when we came back all weary from a busy day out. They entertained our kids and held our baby as we piled into and out of cabs with luggage and bags... I can't even scratch the surface of how wonderful this place really is! They are a hotel that wants an opportunity to show you how much they have changed. Give them a chance. You won't be sorry!

Stayed 2/15 - 16 and had a wonderful stay. Staff is very friendly, especially Daniel. Had a Junior Suite that was very comfortable and very eclectic. Room was so comfortable we never felt guilty spending a few extra hours relaxing after many hours of touring Chicago. Loved it so much, several friends and business associates have now made reservations to stay over the next several weeks. Hope the rates don't climb too high after renovations are completed.

My husband and I stayed at The Affinia Hotel last weekend and were very surprised at how nice it was. Check in was fast & the staff was very friendly . The room was fairly large with a king size bed. The bathroom was very large with modern fixtures. We had a good view of the Hancock Tower from our room. Location was great -just 1 block off of Michigan Ave. We already have reservations to come back in April!!
