I have called their sales department THREE times, and have gotten voice mail every time, and no return call, over a period of two weeks. I was hoping to stay in a Terrace suite, which I was told by reservations, (and the number was given to me by the reservationist,) have to be booked over the phone, not online. After three messages left, and no response, I can only assume they don't need my business. I'm surprised at such rude treatment at what I thought was a nice establishment.
