The rooms must have been recently updated, because the lighting is modern and the beds are comfortable. I stayed in two different rooms his week, and both had wear indicated in the tub. The rest of the bathroom was fine on both accounts. My biggest irritation is that in both rooms the shampoo and lotion bottles we have full when I arrived. Meaning they are too cheap or lazy to make sure they are replacing the bottles every day between guests. As far as transportation goes, the hotel van goes to the airport every 20 min, where it is easy to catch the blue line. It just takes a little time.

I recommend this hotel for the comfort of the rooms and proximity to O'hare, but not if you are wanting to take the blue line into town.

The hotel is badly in need of a face lift, dirty carpet, mold in the bathrrom fan, a poor bathrrom renovation. The front check in was a long wait, due to only one employee at check in. Friendly but overwhelmed

The friendly reception staff had us checked in and on our way to our room in minutes. The room was a nice size and I am always happy to see a working fridge and microwave. The breakfast staff was courteous and helpful.

I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed for one night in July 2008 for a business trip...had to visit offices around the airport area so the location was what I needed, and still ok to drive into the city. Lobby was nice, but hallways looked a bit tired. The room itself was fine for a one night stay. Plenty of room for one person and was clean. Bed sheets and bathroom was clean, nothing gross to report. Check in and check out was fine. For an overnight stay near O'hare airport it was all that I needed...clean, safe, served the purpose.
