This is the worst place I ve ever stayed!
Room services checked out my stuff without my permission and my camera was stolen!
My bag was unzipped too! and now they are saying that once I signed the paper to stay there, they are not responsible for it! How in the world this happend?! I am so pissed off and Im gonna accuse of this case!

At first it seamed like a decent hotel. The free breakfast was good, the shuttle was very fast dropping us off at O'hare and picking us up. But on the flight to our vacation I started noticing bumps on my legs they started then and only got worse. I later found out they were bites from BED BUGS!

We booked the Park & Fly rate for a night before flying to Mexico. The room was dirty and had obviously been broken into since the door frame was repaired. Our stay was pretty quiet. It wasn't until we returned from Mexico that we discovered that a hotel employee had stolen our credit card number. While we were in Mexico someone was running around having a good time at other hotels in Chicago: The 'W' Lakeshore and the Aloft O'Hare. We were hit for nearly $1200. The O'Hare Garden was uncooperative in our efforts to catch the thief and we still don't know which employee took the information. For those who are wondering why we know it was an employee of this hotel, it was the only place we used the card in Chicago that the card left our sight. Watch your card activity if you stay here.

After reading a lot of bad reviews on this website I was panicked about choosing this hotel, but to my surprise this hotel was great! Clean, comfortable bed, good location, very friendly staff, NO bad smell, NO cockroaches! I stayed for 7 nights. Near to train station CTA (5 to 8 min. walking), restaurants, supermarket, airport (O'Hare). This is a very nice and cheap hotel for those who wants to go as a tourist. ; )
