Planning a trip for 72 choir members can often be overwhelming, but the hotel management took the worry and hassle out of every aspect of our two night stay. From check in to check out, we were extremely impressed with everything the hotel had to offer. We couldn't have picked a better location- it was an incredible deal. The singers could walk everywhere and truly enjoyed their time in the city. Thank you Comfort Inn, if we are in Chicago again we will be back!

I found the place to be a good choice. It is a great location - near the fancy shopping and transit and buses.

The hotel is clean and I found the staff to be friendly. If you are coming to Chicago to see Chicago this is a great place to stay. Take the money you save and enjoy it on a nice meal or two.

I spent 3 days visiting Chicago on a side trip to a business meeting in another state. As I was traveling solo, I was interested in finding safe, well located accommodation within walking distance of the city highlights.
Though the room was small (which I expected) it was well laid out with everything that I needed - including a desk, free internet access (cable), a well appointed bathroom, comfortable bed and adjustable heating.
The hotel has no restaurant but is close to a supermarket and restaurants. A casual breakfast buffet is included in the rate and all day coffee and tea are available from the same mezzanine area.
The staff were friendly throughout my visit and very helpful on my day of departure - arranging for a cab to arrive at exactly the time I needed it.
The only suggestion I would make is that the inclusion of a small fridge would have enhanced an enjoyable stay.

When I booked the hotel, I wasn't expecting too much. I figured I'd have to take the subway everywhere to get around town.

When I arrived, my expecttions were blown out of the water.
This hotel has a supermarket on one corner, the Weber Grill Restaurant on another, ESPN Zone on the next block, Pizzeria Uno on the other corner, a movie theater one block away, and the Rainforest Cafe and Rock n Roll McDonald's one block away.
There is also a Subway across the street for a quick bite to eat.
Magnificent Mile is about 5 minutes down the street, Navy Pier took me about 25 minutes to walk.
The Red LIne Subway that takes you straight down to the Loop is less than a block away.
The location is amazing!

The Hotel Staff were all very friendly. When my cab pulled up, the bell staff were immediately picking up my suitcase and putting it in the lobby.
The front desk staff were very friendly and informative. They even went online to print my boarding pass on the day of my flight! The front desk staff even held my suitcase all day long after I had checked out, with no hassle.
The maid staff cleaned the room very well every day.

The room itself was very small, but expected for a 1920's hotel.
The room, overall, was very modern and everything was very clean and functional.
The view from the window was nothing but a brick wall, which was kind of lame, but not a trip killer. As such, the sunlight never came in to the room, so I always had to have a desk light on.

This is a great hotel for the location, price, and staff.
