I stayed at the Comfort Inn and Suites for a weekend getaway to Chicago. The location was great, walking distance to a ton of places. Also, the staff were really friendly and I really appreciated the complimentary breakfast. Really good food, and more than just your typical cereal/juice/coffee options. There are waffles, eggs, fruit, etc. All around great bargain.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel recently while visiting friends. I was pleasantly surprised by the front desk person who checked us in promptly and was very courteous. She also had helpful tips on where to shop and dine without spending a fortune, while experiencing places that were less "touristy." Our room was clean and air conditioned when we arrived and the room was larger than we expected. Overall, our stay here was a great value, and would recommend this hotel for anyone who is staying in the downtown area.

Front desk people are not friendly at all... as if they are trained to hate the customers. I found hair in my breakfast everyday... They have a fitness center...but, I wouldn't call it fitness center... They have atreadmill.. That's all...

we selected this hotel from the internet,and it turned out to be fantastic,we had just spend the last two days on amtrak,travelling from utah.The location was great,fine restaurants and shops nearby and the city centre was just a couple of blocks,easily done by walking.The continental breakfast is free and you are spoiled with the choices available.The staff were tops they helped us and were always pleasant.The best thing of all was the cost,even though we booked over the internet,the rate was somewhat cheaper,but never the less,we would stay at this place again,whenever we come back this way.WE used this hotel as the yardstick to compare others on our adventure,sadly not many came close to it.
