Less than a block off Michigan Ave., with in walking distance (for most) to Millenium Park and the Navy Pier. Our room was very clean and a decent size, king bed and sofa, on the 23rd floor. All staff we encountered were wonderful!! Would return or maybe try the Marriott Fairfiled Inn & Suites, which is across the street less than half a block away, as they include breakfast.

We took the subway from the airport. You have to switch from the orange line to the red line and the closest stop is about a third to half a mile from the hotel. We enjoy walking and each had a small carry-on so it was worth the savings, $2 each versus $40 for a cab.

1/2 block off Michigan Mag Mile. Clean, modern, quiet, and comfortable. Staff was helpful and friendly. $28 a day to park in adjoining garage (with $7 discount from hotel). $20 extra per day for a room rate that included a terrific bfast buffet for 2 adults and our daughter. This hotel is also within easy walking distance of Navy Pier, Hancock Building, Chicago River, and lots of great places to eat (Gino's East for Pizza!). I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at the Courtyard for three nights in July and absolutely loved it. The location couldn't be better- it's right next to the Magnificent Mile and within walking distance of the John Hancock Center, Navy Pier, and lots of other great attractions.

The room was very spacious and clean. The staff was very helpful and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable.

The parking was reasonable compared to other hotels. If you come with a car, I do recommend just leaving your vehicle in the garage and walking or taking public transportation wherever you go. It would be a nightmare to find parking wherever you go, not to mention expensive.

Stayed at the Courtyard over the July 4th weekend and it was fantastic! Perfect location-within half block of Michigan Ave and ten million restaurants, all in a SAFE walking distance. For the price, you can't go wrong when in Chicago. The rooms were good,beds great, prompt maid service,good view. But the best part was the staff. Never, and I mean never, have I met a nicer ,more helpful bunch of people at any hotel in my life! It was like you were at a small bed and breakfast, not a big hotel in a large urban area. "Big Anthony" the doorman was so very helpful with all the questions we bombarded him with every time we left the front door. He always was very helpful with a big smile. The front desk was the same way- very courteous and polite. Check in and out was a breeze-- and there was lots of action going on with people coming and going. I was very impressed with the establishment and HIGHLY recommend it for everyone.
