The best part of the room was that it had two queen beds. We were on the 19th floor, had a view of the Mag Mile! The elevators needed keys which made me feel very safe. Didn't try fitness center, business center, pool, or restaurant, but all looked very nice. We paid with Marriott points, but the prices looked good anyways!

I was at this hotel for three nights at the end of June through the beginning of July. At the time of my original booking, the price for a larger, two queen room was $200 per night. However, a week before our stay, I checked their website and saw that the price was listed at $110 per night! I called and received the lower rate with absolutely no problems. Our room was large, but basic, and clean. We did not hear any of our neighbors and we all slept well. The staff was very friendly, from the check-in desk, to the person who helped us work the parking garage payment machine. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others who are seeking a great location near the Magnificent Mile.

I had booked this property for 3 nights on a business trip to Chicago, thinking that Courtyard was a good choice. Upon arrival, I was surprised to discover that the front was under scaffolding. The front desk was attentive and the room was ready. I got to the room and it had dirty linen and silverware in front of the door. Not a welcome sign. The room felt, well, used and had an unusual odor. The ottman had a large stain on it. Their was 1 bar of soap -- no extra towels, which were requested. The chair at the desk was very uncomfortable to do work. Sleep was difficlut due to others staying out late on the floor.
Then I had long waiting time for the elevator, which was over 10 minutes. It was due to the fact that 1 of the elevators was out of service. The lobby was very small and not welcoming. I did complain, they offered a free breakfast. But it was too late,I then decided to check out and move to the Westin---which was like going to a new world at a lower price per night.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was very clean, the staff were all very nice and accomodating. It was very close to many things to do downtown. My only complaint was that the phones to the hotel were out and we could not get directions, but this was not the hotel's fault.
