We were in Chicago for a week and this was the best meal! We did the "Summer of 69" special - a fixed price deal for two, $69 total (not per person!). My chilled aspargus soup with crab meat was wonderful, as were my 8 oz. fillet, horseradish mashed potatoes, and mushrooms. Too bad I was too full to really appreciate the bananna foster's bread pudding. My husband also enjoyed his meal of salad, salmon, and key lime pie.
Evidently the smoking laws in Chicago have changed. All the cigar smokers were at tables outside on the sidewalk (a good thing!)
This will be tops on my list if I get back to Chicago again.
