This place is a great place to stay long or short term. My Girlfriend and I wanted to stay somewhere in the city and we found MDA to be perfect. The location could not be better for shopping and dinning. The building is newly remodeled with a very trendy look. The furniture in our apartment was remarkable, very nice looking and comfortable. We could not have been happier with our stay and we will be returning!!!!

This apartment was amazing! The location is perfect and more importantly you feel at home. The building has had many updates and looks brand new, the apartment itself was very comfortable with a beautiful view. The rooms were all very clean and didn't miss a beat when it came to having items available. The building also has a great work out room and a theatre room which you can watch movies in. I highly recommend staying here and can't wait to go back to Chicago and stay at the MDA Apartments!

My boyfriend and I stayed at the MDA Chicago City Apartments over New Years Eve (2005) weekend and were amazed how beautiful the apartments were as well as how close we were to the heart of Chicago. The apartment is located right in between Michigan Avenue and State Street which made shopping and site seeing easily accessible and very convenient. The apartment itself was equipped with all of the necessities we needed for the weekend including a washer/dryer, dishwasher, full size refrigerator, and much, much more! The décor of the apartment was absolutely amazing and very modern which suited our taste just right. With two flat screens (one in the bedroom and one in the living room) and the leather couches we felt right at home. This was by far the best New Years Eve we have ever had and we will definitely be doing it again next year and hopefully staying at the MDA Chicago City Apartments.

This building is now complete and the rooms are furnished beautifully as of December 1st. I stayed there with my family and we did not experience any of the issues that were previously posted. After reading these postings, I called and spoke to their office about the information and they talked to me at length about what had happened with the opening of the building. The booking sights, such as Travelocity, Expedia, etc are not willing to provide contact information for the people that have booked accommodations which made it very difficult to contact each person to notify them of the construction issues and inform them that they have been assigned to other locations. They are offering one free night for a next stay to anyone that had issues. It was more convenient to stay here instead of a hotel because it included a full size kitchen. We had a great time and plan to stay again next year.
