Think Jerry Seinfeld. This is a neighborhood diner, services staff at the hospital across the street, local small businesses, lots of seniors, and families. This is an alternative to fast food, kid friendly, with a large menu, generous portions, excellent homemade soups.  It's comfortable, clean, service oriented.
