Description:
This historic three story Victorian, located on one of Old Town's charming tree lined streets, has three guest suites to choose from. There are two, two bedroom, two bathroom suites, one two bedroom, one bathroom suite and one four bedroom, two bathroom suite. All are fully furnished with quality linens and decor to make your stay most comfortable. There are full size sleeper sofas in each unit as well as Flat screen hi-def TV's with Cable, Wireless Internet, and W/D in building.
All of the units have queen size beds in each bedroom and a full size sleeper sofa in the living room, except for the four bedroom unit, which has three queen size beds and one double bed and a sleeper sofa in the living room.
Max Occupancy, 6 guests per two bedroom apartment, and 10 guests can be accommodated in the four bedroom and up to 28 guests may occupy the entire guest house. There is a 250 cleaning fee for whole house bookings.
Permission is required to host gatherings and an additional fee may apply.
